Are the posters delivered with a frame?

No, the posters are shipped without a frame in a strong shipping tube, wrapped in a foil to protect the poster even better. We do not currently sell frames.

What should I do if I have submitted the wrong details?

If you have entered the wrong details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can change this together quickly

Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us immediately we will try to cancel the order before it has left the warehouse. Once the order has been canceled, you can place a new order with the correct products. This prevents duplicate orders.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you have placed an order with us, but have not received a confirmation of your order, you may have entered the wrong e-mail address. Please contact us and we will check whether an order has been registered on your name. Then we can correct your email address and email you an order confirmation. Do not place a new order, that way we can avoid duplicate orders.

How do I know that my order went well?

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, check your spam mail. Sometimes the confirmation ends up here. If the confirmation is not in your spam mail either, it could mean that something went wrong with your purchase. Contact us and we will help you solve this issue.

What should I do if the packaging and products are damaged?

If the packaging and products are damaged upon receipt, please contact us and send photos of the packaging and products. When we have received the photos, we will send a new package as soon as possible. We take care of all costs associated with this ourselves.
